The Platform bears no legal or financial responsibility for the quality of properties, products, or transactions between the parties.

3. Platform Rights Towards the Client

Users must use the Platform legally and ethically.
It is strictly prohibited to use the Platform for fraud, defamation, or any illegal activity.
The Platform holds no responsibility for any agreements made directly between the client and the developer or merchant.
The Platform reserves the right to remove any user who violates its policies.

4. Platform Rights Towards Developers/Merchants

Developers and merchants must provide accurate and truthful information about their products or properties.
Annual subscription fees must be paid, and payments are non-refundable once the service is activated.
It is prohibited to use the Platform’s name or logo outside the Platform without official written approval.
The Platform reserves the right to remove any advertisement that violates its policies.
